Strengths: Fast print, nice LCD display, easy to operate. Print, Fax, Copy, and Scan in one machine. Comes with Vista drivers.
Weaknesses: Wireless printing very slow otherwise a great all-in-one machine.
Summary: Windows XP and Vista drivers included. And the drivers work well. Only weakness is the slow wireless printing otherwise very fast for all other features. I really, really liked the easy to follow instructions on the installation CD. Unique instructions that tell you what to install and what is included with the installation. Recommend you read and follow both the written directions and the CD installation for foolproof setup. Would have rated a 5 if wireless printing was faster.

Strengths: doing anything on it is a sinch, and installing ink-cartridges is easy-mode. Prints perfectly.
Weaknesses: Didn't come with a Ethernet or USB cable.
Summary: This printer does network printing, network scanning and network fax. Can be wired or wireless. Can also be used with a USB if you want, but you're probably interested in the network features. So easy to install, I thought something went wrong. Since the wireless router was gonna sit next to it, I used it wired, although the laptop I was installing the software on was wireless. Pop the CD in and the install says it's done a few minutes later with no additional config screens. Went to print and it worked. Fired up the Brother utility by the task bar clock and tried a scan. Worked. Unlike some other networked all in one's I've messed with, this one intuitively scans just like you would expect it

Strengths: This printer is small but powerful in terms of all the features it includes. It is quiet too.
Weaknesses: You have to have technological help - at least I did - if you are going wireless for the first time. I had real problems with my wireless connections while installing.
Summary: Other than the problems with the wireless connections - I am very happy with this printer. It is small so it doesn't take up much valuable desk space in my home office and the fact that it is quiet also makes it a very good choice for a home office. Color quality is good.

Strengths: wireless, all-in-one so saves space, very high quality prints, phone with speakerphone is additional advantage and works great, flatbed scanner
Weaknesses: slow in wireless mode
Summary: 2008-03-18 17:21:00 compare to other wireless printers available in the market this is a good option. It saves space and produce high quality results. The phone and fax machine works great. The scanner is flatbed scanner which provides an easy way to scan compare to other printer-scanners where the document gets inserted and came out of the machine.

Strengths: Wireless Connectivity, Easy Setup, Email deployment of drivers, Color LCD Screen
Weaknesses: None so far.
Summary: This printer offers great bang for the buck. It has all the features you could ever want in a home or small office setup. The color LCD screen allows for easy and quick setup, though the software allows configuration from any machine on the network. Quality is pretty good, though not the best in the world. Pictures printed on regular paper come out pretty clear. The paper feed comes equipped to handle 4x6 photo paper but I have yet to get some in order to test. Overall, it's a great machine. You have to love the individual color tanks. One of the main reasons for going with this one was because of the price of ink for other brands.

Strengths: Speed / Simplicity of setup
Weaknesses: None
Summary: Although only have had this item a short time I know it will prove to be a most valuable resource in the arsenal of computer tools my wife I have in our home office. We have purchased and returned several others before finding this item. It is a true “KEEPER”. If you have thought about getting a multifunction printer you should look at this item. Thank you.

Strengths: I have printed my x-mas photos on this machine and they came out wonderful. The colors were clear and vivid. Cordless printer and fax are a wondeful feature.
Weaknesses: Have not found a weakness yet.
Summary: I received this item for x-mas. What a wonderful gift. I was able to print my x-mas pictures and they came out great, no need to have them developed any place else. I am very pleased with the quality and clearness of my photo's and all the forms i print on my new machine. Thank you for a great product.

Strengths: Good print detail on documents and images. Easy set up
Weaknesses: A bit slow on data transfer over network
Summary: The printer was very easy to set up on a wireless network. No trouble unlike a HP wireless all in one. Easy to install full software package or just printer driver. Very pleased with print quality. Useful having telephone hand set on dedicated fax line. A good value for the money especially with a rebate.
