It works perfectly isolating the noise outside and provides excellent sound quality. It also brings very confortable feeling once I was able to put on the whole set. A slight problem is that it takes some time and effort to put on the wire and the ear phone foam piece simultaneously in the right position. I guess it may just require some time to get used to it. N/A Member Since: Product Experience: 3 Weeks	Best I've ever had Strengths: Great sound, sturdy cable, very good sound isolating abilities. Weaknesses: Cord kind of needs a clip or else it tugs at the the ear canals and might pull them out. Sound isolating isn't quite perfect, some exterior noise will bleed in. Not too much. Summary: I bought a pair of Shure E2c headphones 3 years ago that got stolen and since then have been through a host of cheaper ones (Creative, and Sennheiser "sound isolating" priced $30-$50) that pretty much broke after a few months. Though not an audiophile by any means I've had enough cheap headphones to know good quality and not. I'm impressed by the sound quality. The only minor problem I really have is with the chord. But a surrogate clip is easy to fashion. And the second plug into the extension has prevented me from damaging the headphones when the wire gets caught on something. Good noise cancellation. Weaknesses: You have to get used to the special way of putting them on, and also to the feeling itself, once they are inside your ears. Summary: The earphones are very good in terms of sound and noise cancellation, the only problem I found was the fact that I never "forgot" about them being in my ears, meaning, I would always have a feeling that there's something there, pressing from the inside. The way I see it, I would have expected them to be completely feeling-less once they are inside the ears. Or maybe it's due to the fact that my ears are sensitive.
