Strengths: Very easy to setup, just plug the device into the printer and plug the network cable into the device. Can sit in a workgroup but can not join a domain. Weaknesses: A lot of printers WILL NOT WORK. Before you buy this please read the faq of supported printers on the DLink web site. Inital setup you need to install the product software to configure its IP address. Summary: All and all this was the cheepest way to get the printers off the users desktops and on to the network.
