Weaknesses: Poor battery life, Rather Plain and Ugly design.
Summary: I was looking for a small Mp3/CD Player and discovered this Compaq IPaq 8CM Mp3/CD player. I compared it to other ones on the market and this one was the best out of the bunch. I found you can put about 30 songs at 192KBps bitrate onto 1 8cm CD-R which is pretty decent. Probably can fit 60 songs at a lower bit rate if you don't care about the song quality. Its basically skip free because the CD Player buffers the entire Mp3 song, but because it stops the motor so frequently it shortens the battery life. It runs on 2 AAA batteries and gets about 3 - 5 hours battery life, so if you're planning on going on long road trips you better pack extra batteries. If you're looking for a Portable Mp3/CD player this is probably the best one out there (for the time being)
