Strengths: The only strengths this amp has are its remote bass boost knob, and its ability to stay cool almost no matter how long you run it. Weaknesses: The amp is rated 3 times as high as it should be. Summary: This amp is "rated" at 600 watts, when in reality it puts out 180 watts. This was found through use of real equipment, and basic math. The amp draws 15A of current from a 12 volt which is 180 watts. This amp is a waste of money unless you intend to use it to power high range speakers, it should not be used to power subwoofers. This amp is the first I have bought and will be my last, except to by another one. Weaknesses: I did notice that it shuts off when subs draw to much power. But that is normal for any amp. Summary: I purchesed this amp to power 2 10" 600 watt kenwood Subs. This amp pushed them fine but since i am going to upgrade to 2 450 watt 12" subs i figure wtf i might as well get another one. so i am going to purchase another amp.
