Strengths: mp3, wma, cd player. auxillary input in front. blue leds around dials. jitter protection. preamp outputs. idv3 tag display on screen.
Weaknesses: has a lot of options. takes a while to get used to how to press a button and how long to press it to access different menus. anyone that has a kenwood knows this though.
Summary: Overall, this is a great deck. I bought a kdc-mp2035 last year for my corolla and i loved that deck. This year when i looked for it, i was depressed that it was discontinued but then i stumbled upon this deck. It is basically the same deck, just some of the buttons are better arranged so it is easier to use. also the skip, reverse, change channel button is no longer a knob sticking out. it has now become a depressed button which is MUCH more easier to use.
Great deck definitely worth the money.
