2 Star ReviewVery good - until it jams
Strengths: Good quality, good speed, easy to use.
Weaknesses: Jams and service from Brother is very time consuming and unsatisfactory.
Summary: I bought this printer in Feb 2008 and in less than 350 copies later, it jammed. Brother drop shipped parts and repairman came out to fix a few days later. Then the repairman came out again....then again. Brother then drop shipped a new printer and I had to box up the broken one and get it back to them. Then, in September 2008, the replacement printer jammed. Exact same problem. Exact same solution. The repairman's been out twice now. I'm still wasting time trying to get my jammed printer working again. Brother said, "we'll call you tomorrow". It's tomorrow. No call. Brother?
