Strengths: Outstanding black, vibrant colors, beautiful asthetics and a plethora of connections for any type of feed
Weaknesses: Very pricey and power thirsty
Summary: After patiently waiting for 5 years to purchase a flat panel, I finally jumped into the deep end of the pool and picked up this wonderful TV. I researched this purchase extensively and read many reviews and came to the conclusion that I wanted the best of breed (at the time). The unit is well packed from the factory and the packaging is well designed to make removal of the unit easy for anyone (I still recommend at least 2 people unpack it). I was quite religious in ensuring that I followed the suggestions of other owners and tried to keep any letter boxing bars away from the unit for the first 20+ hours of use. So far, I have seen no issues with burn-in, and have enjoyed watching this TV every time it is in use. I have watched 1080p Blu-Ray movies on it and am always amazed at the Picture Quality. Even at 720p, watching Digital Cable is still a huge treat. The cost of owning this model is steep to say the least. As prices of plasma display screen continue to drop, this may have been an untimely purchase in the long run but I can't say that I can put a price on the enjoyment I have had with it so far. Note: The unit throws some significant heat and is quite power thirsty. I have heard that the next gen of Kuros are significantly more power friendly.
