Summary: First I would say that this device would look sophisticated nonetheless. It is very plain, which may be good for some people who don't want to have their devices being big and flashy. There are only 3 lights that show up on the headset Blue/Red/Purple. Blue meaning ON, Red meaning OFF, and Purple meaning missed call. The light isn’t really bright so if you’re not in a dark room, it would be easy to miss that you have a missed call from looking at your headset. It also has some flashing way of telling you how much battery you have left, which is nice rather than not knowing if you need to know.
9/10
It is probably about half the size of the jawbone. Its super small or super big, I would say it’s slightly smaller than average. Coming from a jawbone/bt8010, I’m actually rather happy that it doesn't take up much of my face and is somewhat discreet if I’m listening to music or talking. When you extend the boom, it does make it look a little big, so if you’re big on fashion or something, keep the boom closed? Also, since the headset is pretty small, the buttons are pretty small and can be very hard to press. I don’t usually press many buttons asides from the answer/end, so it doesn’t matter for me. A2DP controls are a big hard, since the volume up/down are puny.
7/10 ?? (Depends on User)
The weight of the headset is 11g and with the stereo attachment it is 15g. Compared to the Jabra bt8010, it feels much LIGHTER. It’s pretty nice to have something light weight, although sometimes I often dig through my pockets just to see if it’s still in there. So the lightweight is nice, no heavy headset to drag your face down or something.

Call Functionality
This has been the #1 factor in me purchasing a headset. With the new California laws where you can't talk on the cell phone, without a hands free you can get a ticket. Although this has never occurred to me or any of the people that I know. It’s always good to be careful.
Calling has been pretty good so far. I can usually hear the other party very clearly. The headset itself isn't that loud for max volume, but since it goes in ear, you shouldn't have it that loud anyways. Since the headset creates a seal in your ear, you wouldn't be able to hear that much of outside noise from the ear your headset is in, unless you are not able to create a proper seal.
The outgoing sounds however are sometimes hit and miss. Sometimes when I’m in a place like the bathroom, I start to sound a bit muffled. In the car, driving at 80mph, the other party can still hear me pretty well. Asides from these weird environments I’m in, call quality is pretty good and clear.
The extended boom. This part of the headset is quite questionable. Without extending the boom, the other party can still hear me at a lower tone. Extending the boom, the other party can hear me better. The boom doesn't huge amounts of difference, but it still has a small effect. Plantronics should have just made it without the boom, and improved the microphone better. The boom makes the headset look too long, not desirable for my tastes.

Battery Life
Battery Life is claimed 7 hours talk time; 6 hours listening time, and up to 140 hours standby time. This is fine by me; I get home to charge my phone/headset everyday anyways.
Other features
Its Bluetooth v2.0 + EDR, well most are anyways I don’t see much of a difference in this with the previous headsets I’ve used. My phone has never been that far apart from my headset, so I’ve never needed or had any problems on range, but I guess if you wanted to go farther BT v2.0 helps I suppose. Its advertised range is 33ft/ 10m I start getting static in about 20 ft, or maybe it’s just in my house. Lastly it has Voice-Activated dialing, which I’m pretty sure most of the previous headsets I’ve had it as well.
Final Thoughts
Here are something’s I would like to pick at Plantronics and the headset. Firstly the boom, it’s nice to have around, but I think it is unnecessary. The boom feels cheap and plastic. The rest of the headset seems very sturdy, but the boom feels a bit cheap. It is also sometimes too easy to slide and sometimes too hard to slide. It is very annoying when you’re driving and you are trying to slide your boom and it won’t go. Secondly, the stereo part, the wire connecting to it looks like an ordinary clip, but it plugs into the middle of the bottom of the headset. It would be a lot better if it went into the back of the headset like the Jabra BT8010. Also the stereo part of the headset, the wire is encased in a fabric like shoelace thing. It feels like you can rip it apart. I hope that Plantronics will sell just the stereo part, in case it breaks. The last con would be the small buttons this headset has.
Asides from that, I found the headset to be pretty good. It has pretty good quality, it plays music A2DP with decent quality, and its small. The problem most people would probably have with this is the in-ear solution, finding the right fit is sometimes hard. However if you own IEMS , you can probably fit those ear buds that normally fit you onto the headset, or try the foam ones, that melt into your ear.
