Summary: Well, what can I say. I don't really appear to have a great deal positive to say about this phone. We got this phone for the caller ID and number listing blah blah blah only to discover that you need to register for this service and no doubt pay extra. I must admit it was handy to have a paging button in case we lost a handset. The only trouble with this is that it will only work if the handset in question has been charged and not been forgotten between the sofa cushions for several days. Speaking of charging, this phone doesn't seem to fit very well on the pins of the charging unit. This causes it to give a rather annoying beep whenever it feels like it. My next point is the battery cover. While it does its job of covering the batteries it also doesn't fit very well causing it to fall off occasionally. On the plus side, it does have a handy little intercom button which not only allows you to call someone in the next room (great for lazy people like me) but it also allows you to switch phones with out having to hang up. The downside of this is that I'm not sure it actually reaches the distance it says it does. I took one handset out to the garage and tried the intercom and it didn't work.
Anyway, if you don't mind the problems Ive had, then feel free to buy this phone...it's a bargain.
