 OK Fan Strengths: Low Price, not very loud
Weaknesses: The tri-speed switch is awkward
Summary: I don't know much about cooling systems and just bought this one because it was cheap and claimed to be quiet. At the lowest speed, the noise isn't any louder than my other fans.
Also, I mounted it to the chasis with rubber connectors, which probably keeps it quieter than the if I were to screw it into the case directly. I don't like the switch, which is on a doggle-like wire and just sort of flops around, but does make it easy to switch to hi speed (but you still have to open the case), which I guess I would use if I were to do a lot of gaming.
