Looks like electricity consumption is alsl less Weaknesses: Not much if you get a good bargain . Summary: Try getting it on some discount deal. Whirlppol also have occasional 100 rebate discount. check the website. In general very good waher. Weaknesses: Takes longer to wash than my old style washer. Summary: I have been impressed with the first week of laundry. Things really have come quite clean and with much less water. WOW Strengths: Great price, looks small compared to top-load, don't be fooled, it holds a lot. Clothes smell great! Weaknesses: Long wash cycle, but makes up for it on the short drying time. You have to leave the door open when not in use. Summary: I did a lot of research and wanted the most for my $$. I got the larger washer (3.7 cu ft) and matching dryer (6.7 cu ft.) for $900! I did NOT get pedestals because they are pricey and I like to fold on top of my dryer so they make no sense to me. I was replacing my 17 yr. old Kenmore washer and dryer under duress, I loved them. But I am so happy with my new ones that doing laundry is FUN! Well, at least for now. I found the HE detergent to be no more money than my typical detergent (I used All Fresh Rain and my clothes smell wonderful). I love the easy presets, it has just enough bells and whistles, but not over the top. Research pays off so do your homework and go shopping! 100% of People (4/4) found this review helpful.
