Strengths: Small, clean, consistent, high-quality, great service.
Weaknesses: Cannot fit some coffee cups under the spout.
Summary: I'm on my second machine, only because I wanted to have one at work and at home. The coffee quality is consistently excellent, the machine works great, and Nespresso service is awesome. The biggest thing for me is that I just love using it because I know that cleanup is so minimal and so easy. Nespresso even makes descaling so simple and easy!
The only thing I might complain about is that I cannot fit some coffee cups under the spout. I like to make larger double brews into a tall skinny mug and use the standard cups at work. In these cases I need to lean the cup in and sometimes hold it while it's brewing, or brew into a smaller cup and transfer the espresso into the larger one.
