I got it from Sprint for $29 after rebate. I was skeptical about it at first because I heard that the software locked up a lot. I was smart enough to go to the Motorola site and immediately download that latest firmware. I have had the phone over 3 weeks now, and it works flawlessly. enriquelay from KS Member Since: Oct 2004 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 5 Days	Moto Q Smartphone Strengths: This phone is so cool, easy internet access and instant messages, and voice thru the speaker and load and clear. One of the feature I like the most is it has the vibrate mode even for emails. Weaknesses: Only downside I have seen so far is that the time the screen is on is just a few seconds so you have to click any key on the screen to get the screen back. Summary: I think this phone is worth every penny; easy access to internet, menus are easy to navigate thru, different control of volume; phone calls or music and battery lasts several hours without a need to recharge.
