Strengths: Ease of installation and setup; instructions were excellent and complete. Also, setting up my Sirius subscription for the first time was a snap.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: 2005-03-06 11:45:10 Of all the hardware choices available in order to experience Sirius satellite radio, the Sanyo CRSR-10 ranks among the best. It essentially gives you everything you need in one purchase (no other hardware required!) to experience this new medium. You have the choice to either hardwire the audio right from the unit, or utilize the integrated FM transmitter with your existing tuners for 'wireless' use - this was one of the features that helped me make my decision. I find using the unit in the home and the car very easy.

Strengths: Easy to install and setup. Great price. I had it my truck and working within an hour.
Weaknesses: Buttons are hard to push at times. So I have to support the back of the unit to keep the windshield mount from moving.
Summary: It is a little hard to find custom accessories for this unit. I was looking for another car mount other than the windshield mount. Something that I can mount on the console or the dash would be nice. Other that that I like the system it is simple to understand.

    5 Months
Strengths: I got mine very cheap. $89-$50 rebate=around $45 after tax. A good entry-level unit.
Weaknesses: The buttons are tough to push. It is somewhat bulky looking compared other units.
Summary: I've had mine for 5 months now, and very happy so far. Overheating has been mentioned, but I keep my display brightness on 2, which is more than bright enough, and my unit doesn't get hot at all.

1 Star ReviewSanyo CRSR 10 subpar product
Strengths: None.
Weaknesses: The Sanyo is poorly engineered; the radio allows for reception from other Sirius radios in close proximity to enter into my radio; reception is poor unless the vehicle is driving northeast, or northwest. The radio does not receive signals in certain rura
Summary: Do not buy this product. Poorly engineered. Produces high heat levels that could influence the longivity of the solid state circuits. Eronomics poor. Diffucult to mount. Large in size. Display does not extreme cold.

Strengths: Sharp Looking, easy to connect to both home and car.
Weaknesses: buttons hard to press at times, hard to find additional home kit for use at office
Summary: has been great to listen to commercial free radio, and live Sports Coverage. Monday night football on the drive home is great. ESPN news Live is also great.

Signal strength is amazing from such a small antenna. Home antenna cable is too short, but is the standard home antenna of any unit. Extension cable is available, see Terk-SIR6

1 Star ReviewIT"S HUGE!
Strengths: None
Weaknesses: This is embarrassing to have in my car. I got it as a gift. IT"S HUGE and seems like it uses vacuum tube technology.
Summary: I want a Sirius receiver that is as sleek as the RoadyXT. I carpool sometimes and my co-worker has this unit. They laughed at me when I showed them my satellite radio.
