Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Strengths: maneuverability
Weaknesses: difficult to close, bluky, poor workmanship, doesn't lock into position
Summary: We received this as a gift when our twins were born. From the start we had problems, first the handlebar couldn't be attached because the manufacturer neglected to drill a hole for the bolt. No more than six months later a piece to help the seas collapse when closing broke. The manufacture was suppose to send us out a new one but in turn they had to get the piece off a stroller. We were sent a new stroller as a replacement since they weren't able to get us the part for the seat. The final straw for us with the Phil and Ted stroller was when the stroller would not lock into position for me to use. After months of going back and forth between the retailer and the manufacturer, the manufacturer reimbursed me for the stroller. This stroller is not worth the money. It is too expense and a safety hazard to not only the children, ie. not locking into place, but is back breaking on the parents!
