Strengths: Good instructions, all cables clearly identified, provides firewire, USB audio and serial connectors.
Weaknesses: Will need a drive bay adaptor to accomodate into a 5 1/4" bay.
Summary: I'm very pleased that this panel was an easy install. I had a 5 1/4" bay adaptor that allowed me to fasten this product to it. My motherboard had no on-board connectors for firewire so this product was just what I needed to put a firewire connector at the front of my computer. The pass-through cables allowed me to connect the panel USB, firewire and serial cables to the connectors at the back of the computer. Audio cables are color-coded for easy install. I was able to make use of a PCI firewire card that had an internal connector for the cable from the panel. If I want to hook up a serial port joystick, I can now do so using the front connector. No problems with this baypanel.Everything works great.
