Strengths: Features FM radio, picture quality, easy to use.
Weaknesses: No DVI or HDMI
Summary: The picture quality is very good for DVD source, xbox gaming and for computer monitor. The 23 inch is perfect for small room TV viewing and great for every day use as computer monitor (26 inch is too big as my friend has one).

In the $800 range, the Philips picture is better compared to Samsung, LG, Syntax Olivia and other off brands. The only stand out is the Sharp Aquos which has bright, beautiful picture and rank #1 by me.

Strengths: great image quality, FM radio a nice addition, easy to configure
Weaknesses: not the most innovative design out there
Summary: This 23" LCD TV is a great quality unit at a fair (~$1000) price. Philips is one of the best names in electronics, and their reputation is only enhanced with this little guy. I've only had it a month or so, and I've gotten loads of compliments from friends on the sharpness of the picture, and they're all amazed it was only $1000!
