Weaknesses: Poor performance; poor customer service. Summary: Think hard about purchasing a Zoom high speed modem. This modem does not "play" well with some cable networks. Loss of connection and poor performance (throughput) are the most common problems. Zoom Technical Support has confirmed this is a problem and although they are working on fixing it, they currently do not have a solution. 67% of People (2/3) found this review helpful.
