Summary: i'm venting, because this is this 3rd time my tv has gone to the shop. first it was a board for the convergence, second, for a purple horizontal line at the top of the screen in wide screen, and now the same problem as #2, with a developing yellow spot in the center of the screen. as with other reviews i was jerked around by toshiba'a warranty and service section. the first time it took nearly 4 months to get the set back because parts were back ordered over seas. now its been 3 weeks and counting, and the local guys, through a extended warranty, can't figure out the yellowing in the center of the screen. i've lived with a majority of the probs with this set, and most of the time its been in the shop. it has only worked well for a small percentage of the time i have owned it. i will never own another Toshiba product again, and they could care less. customer service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers.
