Strengths: Stainless steel so they last a long time; OEM replacement; reasonable cost; easy installation with included hardware with good instructions!
Weaknesses: None so far
Summary: We have had our Weber Spirit 500 propane grill for 10 years & it has served us wonderfully. A new one with more plastic and less metal on it costs $400 - 450, so I simply buy replacement parts over the grill's life. I have purchased an ignition, grill grates, flavorizer bars, and these over the 10 years and never paid over $30 (delivered) for any part. These were easy to install (and this is coming from someone is NOT mechanically inclined).
