Strengths: Style
Warranty
Switchable and Programmable Outlets
Power Cord
Noise Filtering
Weaknesses: Display
Summary: 2006-03-08 11:54:43 I have been extremely impressed with this unit thus far. The power cable is nice and long, and is arranged with a side plug so any entertainment system will fit almost flush with the wall with this plugged in behind it. The noise filtering - which I was skeptical of beforehand (I purchased this unit for the lifetime warranty and the $500,000 attached gear warranty) - has really made quite a difference. I can tell the difference if I plug in the receiver to the wall and turn up the volume while not playing anything (get a noticeable hum) vs. plugging the receiver into this unit and there is no longer any hum. It also looks really nice and fits in well with my other components.
As mentioned above, the only real drawback is that this unit does not come with the ability to turn the display completely off. You can dim it, but I use a projector and I like to cut off all other light sources and this one is still noticeable on. However, this is a small drawback for a really nice product.

Strengths: LOOKS GOOD,13 PROGRAMMABLE OUTLETS,PHASE 6 PURE FILTER CIRCUITRY WITH ISOLATED DIGITAL,VIDEO,AUDIO AND HIGH CURRENT FILTERS.
Weaknesses: A REMOTE WOULD BE NICE
Summary: The filters for the video and audio clean up the signals. I no longer have to worry about the incoming power. The small cost of the protection compared to the investment in my home theater makes this a no brainer. The PF60 looks good and I was surprised to see how the monitored voltage changes. It also has a neat amp draw feature. This is one you can set up and forget. One thing you will notice when you get it out of the box is the quality and the honkin' power cable! Do yourself a favor and get this one over Monster's expensive units.

Strengths: Fits in with all the other equipment and reduces the clutter of power cables to power strips and wall sockets. Reduces the noise floor for all audio.
Weaknesses: The big blue display in the middle can be annoyingly bright unless you dim it. Black was not available when I purchased mine.
Summary: This Power Line Conditioner is the missing link in your system, both for Audio and HD Video. The Noise floor drops and reveals what your electronics have been trying to communicate. Music and DVD Audio is so much cleaner that you should hear previously unrevealed detail. At least I did. I played my LPs, CDs, Cassettes and FM Tuner and of course my movies and the sound is just plain cleaner, as if a curtain has been pulled away. I was interested in finding out if that could occur after reading a review of the Belkin, but I had no idea I'd be saying something so similar myself. This is the best component I have added to my system because it actually improved the performance of almost all the others.
My video is only slightly improved, because, being HD, mine was pretty good to begin with. The primary improvement is in stability, as I see it, especially for HDTV broadcasts by the networks, which isn't all that great to begin with.
Altogether an outstanding addition to my entertainment system and very welcome surprise. Absolutely recommended.

Strengths: nice blue LCD backlight with Voltage and Ampere readings - Configurable switch modes. - $$$$ less than Monster - lifetime warranty - labeled outlets - long and thick power cable
Weaknesses: Screen is impossible to read from more than a couple of feet away, especially at an angle. Questionable as to whether or not these things really do anything
Summary: I found this on sale for an amazing price, so I bought one. It seems to work as advertised. It's hard to say if I notice any sound quality improvements, but it definitely changed my power a bit - lights no longer flicker in the room when my amps kick on. I did have to re-adjust my TV's settings a bit, so *something* is going on. It does appear to have improved the picture quality on my TV. It looks fantastic in the AV Rack and I can rest assured that my gear is getting clean and pure power.

Strengths: Reduce Digital Noise; Protects From Voltage Spikes;
Lifetime warranty; Overvoltage Protection
Weaknesses: None as of yet.
Summary: After a recent purchase of a HDTV, I began researching for the perfect power console. I first looked at the Monster line, but the price scared me away. Not knowing much about power consoles, I didn't want to settle for $20 surge protector. Looking for some quality cables, I came across the Belkin line of PureAV audio visual equipments. Having being more than satisfied with the PureAV cables, I noticed that Belkin also carried power consoles. The PF60 is currently Belkin's top of the line power console. The equipment has a MSRP of $599 but can be purchase online for about $200. The console not only is pleasant to the eye but provides more protection than the Monster line. Similar quality Monster products would cost 2-3 times more. Further benefits is that Belkins included a lifetime warranty on the unit as well as a $500,000 connected equipment warranty. After incorporating the console into my home theater, the low hum that was emanating from the subwoofer was no longer evident. I was more than please with this purchase. I would heartily recommend this and would purchase again. I am looking forward to Belkins new power console which includes a UPS built in (AP51300-10).

Strengths: Sturdy unit, informative front display, 13 outlets, impressive exterior finish (looks good in your A/V stack!)
Weaknesses: None
Summary: This is a solid, well-built home theater power center. Rated at 7400 joules, I think my house could be hit directly by lightning and this sleek brushed aluminum box would sacrifice itself for my 42" plasma, HD DVR, Xbox 360, and audio system. Until that happens I cannot actually tell you if this unit works or not :). Let's hope I don't have to use the $500,000 connected equipment warranty.
For the geek, the nice blue front display will show you the power being drawn for your devices at all times. I found it interesting to watch the amps go up during bright scenes on the TV.
5 stars for an impressive looking gadget and peace of mind!
