Strengths: Was easy to return
Weaknesses: Noise, time to chill, bulky power supply
Summary:

If the inconvenience and ugliness of the power cord/supply and the noise of the fan are not enough to put you off, the fact that this "Chiller" is really just something to keep the wine at approximately the selected temperature would be enough to not give it a second look. If you want that wine to chill any time soon, you better already have it cold in the refrigerator, or maybe in an ice bucket. The appearance is also nothing I would like in sight during a nice meal, but that is merely taste and opinion.
