3 Star ReviewCool
Strengths: This is a very portable system and looks and feels great to own. If you want a total package, then this is it. Superdrive for DVD burning.
Weaknesses: 256Mgs of RAM. Lag city. If I were you I would be ready to purchase some more RAM before you bring it home.
Summary: This is a great labtop but but a bit pricey. Also it is a arm puller at 5.9 pounds. Kinda feels like a brick under my arm. Also 256Mgs of RAM is very low. I would recomend 512 or more. Also the new OS, Tiger, was not installed on it so I had to learn how to do that.

Strengths: Sturdy, it's a Mac, can burn CDs and use wireless.
Weaknesses: Weight, white plastic looks/ gets dirty fairly easily, gets too warm to use on lap.
Summary: It was a toss up between the 12" and the 14" ibook, but the 14"ibook had a few more features/capabilities, so I went with it. It is a little heavy to lug around. Mine came with a 1.44 Mhz process and 513 mb memory, 100 GB HD. I would upgrade the memory and try to get as large a HD as you can afford.
