Weaknesses: Product Quality & Support! Summary: The printer wasn't bad initially. It performed well for about three or four months, and then the fuser died. I learned a lot about the product because tech support was non-existent. Not via the web or phone. I finally recieved a reply via email which basically was a blow off. I think I would have given a better review if the printer had worked longer than ninety days, Or if I had experienced better technical support. Summary: I bought my printer over 5 yrs ago. I had a problem after I first bought the printer called Lexmark and they shipped me a new printer no problems. It has worked fine ever since.
