2 Star ReviewPanasonic KX-TG2563W 2.4GHz Cordless Phone
Strengths: Hangs on the wall flatly, no answering machine, keypad in base, locator button, speakerphone
Weaknesses: After awhile the buttons stick - especially #3. My neighbor had the same problem.
Summary: I alsways think back at how my parents or grandparents had the old rotary phoen for 20+ years. Our technology may be be more advanced but also more cxostly if you have to replace it every 4 or 5 years.

Strengths: Worked ok for couple of years. Relatively cheap.
Weaknesses: After 3-5 yrs the phone has gotten much worse. a weak signal, not good reception. The ringer is very quiet on the handset when charging in its base.
Summary: The phone started off working good. Replaced the battery. Had the phone now for about 5 years and it has really gone downhill in quality. The range of reception is extremely weak now, and the ringer can barely be heard (only when charging on its base). I wouldn't get this phone again. It's worth it to get something that will last a little longer. However, I don't know how many phones will actually do any better as I've had very bad luck over the last couple of phones owned.
