Strengths: Good control over the sound (bass, h-bass, treble) and the position (fader, balance). And ofcourse the very big advantage of an aux input jack on the front panel to connect, tape/dat/md/mp3 or laptop.
Weaknesses: The bright blue lights make my dash look like a christmastree...
Summary: Really easy to use and install, pretty good shock protection, LOVE the input jack. And dead cheap too for what you get. If its as durable as the other Aiwa products I own (previous car stereo, portable cassette player, home stereo) this one will last me quite a while :)

Strengths: It has many stregnths as mentioned with the great control over sound with a h-bass lever and your normal eq options. Also the great feature of the Aux pug in on the front is just genius.(For Ipod/Mp3
Weaknesses: I really dont think it has any weaknesses It was easy to install and just a long lasting durable cdplayer.
Summary: I think this cd player is a great cd player. It has so many great features and one of the best things of all is it really lasts beacuse it's a durable cd player made by a great company. If you are looking at buying one of these new or used it's a great buy. Even a used 5 year old aiwa cd player still kicks like it's brand spankin new!
