Summary: I've been around long enough and have seen a fair amount of poorly run online merchants. This has got to be the worst yet. They particularily like to double charge my credit card and don't even bother to ship my order. Of course you can call to inquire what is going on if you don't mind staying on hold for 30 minutes only to find out that they don't know when they can ship. My 7 year old ran a lemonade stand with more class and professionalism.
