Strengths: Easy to install. Our son seems very comfortable in it.
Weaknesses: Backward facing interfeers with person sitting in the cars front seat.
Summary: This chair seems more comfortable than his previous car seat. He falls asleep within a few minutes, where he hardly ever fell asleep in his last car seat and if he did, it always took 30+ minutes of driving.

The straps harness tends to get "stuck" underneath him, and we have to adjust him to get the straps out from under him.

Strengths: 1. In fact, made by Britax. (kinda safety guarantee) 2. inexpensive 3. easy to install
Weaknesses: 1. the head rest moves so much 2. black color gets hot easily
Summary: Hello, all.

I got this from Albee Baby and used it about a few weeks.

Until now, I'm satisfied about the quality. It was easy to install and looks firmly fixed to the back seat of Civic.

LATCH connectors look humble compared to Britax marathon, but I think it would be ok. (It looks like the LATCH connectors from Graco snugride.)

The seat becomes hot easily when I park the car during the daytime, even in short time period.

However, I'm using this as second car seat and satisfied until now considering the low price.

Strengths: higher weight/height seat at an affordable price! easy to install
Weaknesses: shallow seating area, the cover isn't super durable
Summary: purchased as a 2nd seat for grandmas car for my daughter at the time 3yo. so far we've only used it forward facing & was a breeze to install. much easier than any other seat i've ever tried. it is very sturdy & well made!

my DD LOVES her seat! finds it very comfy despite it's shallow seating area under her long legs. it lasts most kids to age 5-6yo. my daughter is no where near average has outgrown it at 4yo! a typical 40lb seat she would have outgrown at about 3yo. so i'm super glad i had this higher harness seat. the seat is getting passed down to her brother.

it sad but this seat is discontinued due to poor sales/poor marketing. no more new ones being made & they'll run out of replacement parts. so if something were to go defective on your seat you may run into a problem getting it fixed.

still a GREAT seat & if you can get it for a reduced price then i'd jump on it.

Strengths: Very sturdy construction, comfortable, easy to use, easy to install.
Weaknesses: Front passenger seat has less leg room when car seat is in rear-facing configuration.
Summary: This is a truly wonderful carseat, with all the safety perks of the pricey $269 Britax Roundabout model for less than half the cost! Our family loves this car seat, and our daughter seems much more comforable in it than her last seat. The straps do not get easily twisted, the buckle is not too difficult to release one-handed (a must for over-loaded parents or grandparents with arthritis or tennis elbow) but tough enough to keep our daughter from releasing it herself. Overall, this is the safest, easiest to use car seat currently available for the price.

Strengths: Extensive height/weight limit, fashionable color patterns, top safety ratings, easy to install/uninstall, user-friendly harness system, comfortable, easy to clean
Weaknesses: bulky - may not fit well in every back seat
Summary: 2008-04-08 19:40:01 I picked this seat because it has the top safety ratings and is half the price of the top-of-the-line car seats. I also wanted something that was easy to transfer in/out of cars. It is really the most economical and user-friendly car seat. It will stay with my child for years - it has a weight limit over 40 lbs!

Also, my child leaves such a mess from her snacks and the seat cleans very easily. We've had one for nearly a year and have cleaned it every other month; the material has not weathered from the removal and cleaning at all.

This is the carseat for our second car and we are so happy with the first one that we're buying this second one in the exact same model.
