Strengths: Fixed my fan grill vibration, silicone material
Weaknesses: Relatively expensive
Summary: I believe these are made of silicone? They are better dampeners than those made out of rubber.

These aren't really necessary because it makes an innoticable difference. Don't waste these on quiet low-cfm fans. Might be useful on louder ones.
