Strengths: Excellent Sound Quality and Build Quality. Light and Trim Receivers.
Weaknesses: Does not have a headset jack, speakerphone can only be used when handset is removed from charging base
Summary: Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I bought this product knowing that a headset jack was not available. The ability to use a headphone would be a very welcome addition. My previous cordless phone was a Plantronics which worked with a headset but did not have a speakerphone.

If you are looking for excellent sound quality, speakerphone and "conventional" phone capability - consider this product. If you need a headset, look elsewhere.

I am happy with my decision to upgrade the Plantronics with this Vtech product!!

Strengths: Slim phone, Great sound, Intercom, Lightweight
Weaknesses: Does not offer "one touch" dialing
Summary: This phone has a great look. It is slim, but bright. Very similar to a cell phone! Initial set-up was a little confusing because the base and handset are separate, but after reading the instructions, it became a little easier! This phone has a great sound to it. There are many ringtones to choose from and each phone can be different. The answering system is easy to operate, but the outgoing message that I left sounded far away even though I was close to the microphone. There are many options offered with this phone like different tones and ring melodies, which is different from phones I have purchased in the past. I did not like, however that it does not offer "one touch" or memory dialing. There is a directory to store all of your contacts in, but you have to scroll through the directory before you can have the phone "dial" the call. The intercom is a nice feature, especially when you have one phone upstairs and one phone downstairs. It was fairly easy to operate!

Strengths: Style, price, call quailty.
Weaknesses: No 5 way direction keys, only 50 phone memory, caller ID does not display name
Summary: Overall I like this phone, sound quality is good. Looks good. But a few shortcomings. Phone only has 50 memory for phone numbers. No 5 way direction keys (looks like it have it). Even if you had stored your friends number on the handset the caller ID won't display the name of your friend, only the incoming phone number. Get this phone if you have a good call quality and stylist phone.
