Strengths: Easy to use, retractable cord, jet steaming
Weaknesses: Cord reel is not perfect, confusing maintenance manual
Summary: This is my first iron (I'm a college student). It works as described. However, as it is often the case with retractable cords, it jams sometimes. Steaming is very good with wrinkles, and the spray moistens cloth very well. If you don't need vertical steaming that the higher-end models offer, this is the best choice for all life situations.
