Strengths: Huge drive to accommodate 120 plus songs. Price cannot be beat. Very Compact.
Weaknesses: Haven't found any.
Summary: Received this for Christmas. Couldn't believe how simple it was to transfer songs to the player. The drag and drop operation for this unit can't be beat. The included headphones sound fine and the volume control allows for great amplification is needed. With a set of rechargeable batteries, you're set to go for quite awhile.
I would highly recommend this unit.

Strengths: sound quality, connection speed, size
Weaknesses: gui is a bit complicated
Summary: i bought this for my wife for christmas as a replacement for a rio. the sound quality is very good and we like that it can play wmas. however, the gui is a bit confusing to get used to.

 The buslink is one of the least inexpensive 512mb ... Strengths: Compact and lots of space for your MP3s, built in voice recorder
Weaknesses: Weak battery life, mediocre user interface, comes with really cheap headphones
Summary: The buslink is one of the least inexpensive 512mb USB mp3 players on the market, and you do get what you pay for. It works fairly well, but the interface takes a while to figure out, and the LCD display is hard to use. The headphones are also somewhat flimsy and sound horrible.
That said, it does work. I was able to copy songs from iTunes by dragging them into the USB drive icon that popped up on my desktop when I plugged the drive into the USB port. One caveat: no matter what order you ahve them in iTunes, the Buslink MP3 player plays the songs back in Alphabetical order of the file names. So if you have a particular order of songs you'd like to have played back, you have to rename each file and add a number to the file name. It's quite annoying and a hassle.
There are also 5 "equalizer modes" built into the MP3 player. I tried applying each of these modes to a couple of files but they don't really make much of a difference. Probably because the headphones that come with the player make everything sound kind of scratchy and tinny. Moving from one song to the next is kind of difficult with this jog dial button that is included on the player, it's not really responsive and is a bit hard to figure out.
Battery life is so-so. The player uses 1 AAA battery that lasts about 5-6 hrs. Rechargable AAA batteries are the way to go.
Bottom line: inexpensive and you get a feature set that matches the price point. It works, but if you want something that is easy to use, get something else.

Strengths: Small, durable, colorful, has screen light and music type settings (pop, classical etc.)
Weaknesses: switching off takes time
Summary: This product is very good compared to the price. It has a durable cover and it comes with a neck tie. The headphones might not be like that of Sony but they are still good enough. If you are looking for a high storage, durable, small MP3 player this one is for you. You can also record voice. It has a good microphone which is able to record from a few feet distance with good quality.

This is one of the most inexpensive 512MB MP3 play ...
Strengths: Large memory, skip-proof, built-in voice recorder
Weaknesses: A bit big in size,weak user interface
Summary: This is one of the most inexpensive 512MB MP3 player in the market. The memory size is definitely large enough for any music listeners. As it is used as a USB drive, the drag and drop fuction is pretty convenient for users to add and remove songs.
However, it's quite hard to search from song to song due to the weak interface.
And it comes with bad headphones!!!
If you really want to buy a 512MB player with less than a hundred bucks, go for it.
If you look for a high quality and user friendly one, think before you buy.

 Not sturdy... it broke after few months !!!!
Th ... Strengths: 512MB is lot of memory. price is cheaper.
Weaknesses: Big in size. Its not cute and small as it appear in picture.

They have the best picture posted on internet which didnt show up the depth of it, there is a 1 AAA battery compartment in the back which is bulky. I was not satisfied with the looks of it. The picture looked very cute and small in internet.

* The skip control is flimsy and it broke. If you are a careless user, this product is not for u. Its fragile and it will break easily.

Not bad MP3 player
Strengths: This MP3 player is a OK one. The size is OK, the weight is OK. I also like it is a kinda 3 in 1 funtions stuff. It is easy to use for the first user.
Weaknesses: The earphone is not good. It should be better if it is cheaper. Also, I hope there have some more otions for the colors, like red, black...
Summary: I searched the MP3 players for a while. Basically, I like this type. This MP3 player is a OK stuff. Worthy to buy. What I would hope is that the price should be lower and more color options to choose from.

Strengths: decent sound quality, good durability and a great price
Weaknesses: weak headphones, otherwise fine
Summary: Definitly a great investment, especially for the price. Used the U2 that costs around 150 and cant tell the difference between the sound quality of the two players. No regrets!

Probably, it was not my lucky day but I got so man ...
Strengths: Small, good sound quality.
Weaknesses: 1) USB Connector doesn't work;
2) AAA Battery should be rechargeable;
3) Right Earphone doesn't work;
Summary: Probably, it was not my lucky day but I got so many troubleshoutings. Some technical problems are definitely the same for many other products - it seems like tradition for companies to send low-quality "1-ear earphone" and to make them to buy another one. Also, I would suggest that company make a product rechargeable without any batteries. Now I should buy a bunch of batteries.

Universal Buslink MP3-RBD512 512MB MP3 Player - Blue
Strengths: 1. Decent sound quality.
2. Portability.
Weaknesses: 1. Couldn't get it to shutoff. It would run all the time.
Summary: This mp3 attracted me because of it's size and affordability. I've read other product reviews on this product where I saw the same thing happened. Unfortunately, it was after I made the purchase.
Very disappointed in this product.
