Strengths: very fast, very portable, good looking
Weaknesses: easy to lose
Summary: I really liked this product. WIth the price paid for, I would definetly recommend it to anyone. its niec to have 1GB easily available in your pocket, and these cards seem to be pretty durable. I would recommend installing firefox on them so that you always have your bookmarks and firefox with you.

Strengths: It's ultra small...great on the keychain....Above all, it is Iomega's active disk that is appealing to me...you plug it into any computer...start your email program...and keep the emails with you...
Weaknesses: none
Summary: If you travel for extended periods of time...and it's important to be able to retrieve emails, addresses etc...without having to log into your online account, this is the ideal toy....

Strengths: * Ultra-compact design for a 1GB drive * Cap is integrated in the body design, so it is unlikely to get lost * Two extra caps are provided with the USB flash drive
Weaknesses: * As of the time of this review, file encryption software is not available * Contacting support is a problem - web-based chat never works and the phone number is always busy
Summary: Fast USB drive with ultra-compact size and high storage capacity. The integrated cap design is very nice. I only wish that Iomega would offer encryption software to protect personal files and other sensitive information. Finally, I hope that you never need to contact Iomega’s tech support, because there seems to be none.

Strengths: Size, capacity, easy to use
Weaknesses: So small I might lose it!
Summary: I picked up the 64MB version a day before a month vacation, so I could carry my files with me.

After just a week of work, I new it was perfect. I just clip it on my keychain and it is with me where ever I go.

I started thinking about the ability to carry around several hundred photos and some music so I picked up the 1GB drive.

Now I should be able to carry all that I want.

Fits right on the keychain and you would not even know it's there while its riding in your pocket.

I will likely pick up another one is this one ever gets to full. With 1GB, that would be a large amount of photos and music!

Take care, and pick one of these up and enjoy the size!

Strengths: Small and has a large capicity
Weaknesses: Cost more than other brands.
Summary: I've had a mobile storage device of one kind or any for many years. A friend of mine has an Iomega 64mb. I love it. When I found out Iomega came out with a GB storage, I had to have one. I've been waiting for the price to come down. My old storage device I just threw away was larger and so awkward to have in a pants pocket. I'd forget it in a computer or at home. The Iomega fits nicely on a key chain. Got to have my keys and so always have my Iomega 1GB.

2 Star ReviewDon't expect to keep it
Strengths: Portability
Weaknesses: Flimsy housing, no lock mode
Summary: Drive works great but don't expect to keep it long. The extremely flimsy housing makes this drive a sure bet you're going to lose it. No sense putting it on a laynard or keychain, you'll soon find an empty housing and no drive!

Strengths: Small with lots of storage! Good brand name
Weaknesses: Cover is a bit flimsy / Did not come with expected USB cable
Summary: Overall, Iomega has done a great job with this device. I ordered 3 of these and, as expected, all work well and as advertised.

If you need to store lots of pictures or MP3's, this size flash drive is the way to go.

The neck chain and key ring holder are nice touches.

Strengths: So small it fits on my keychain and goes everywhere with me, but it holds a GB of data (WOW!) including those Active Disk programs that run right on it (free downloads from Iomega). 3 color covers.
Weaknesses: No lock button or security encryption on this model. Every now and then it slips sideways trying to plug it in a USB slot because it's so small.
Summary: I would buy 2 more of these in a heartbeat if I could find it at the price I paid. Highly recommend it. Easy to use. Windows 98 driver readily available for older machines.

Strengths: Tiny, Fast, Not obtrusive on a keychain, Nice that it is all one piece (no cap to lose)
Weaknesses: Does not "lock" into the housing, Have had the USB drive pop out of housing when dropped
Summary: This appears to be one of the tiniest USB 2.0 flash drives available. It is nice that there is no cap to lose, as the flash drive swivels into and out of the housing that it is attached to. Only problem though is that it does not lock into the housing - thus it swivels pretty freely. Not that I am necessarily afraid of the flash drive getting damaged too much - read the following great article that PC World put together regarding torture tests on these and other devices:

www.pcworld.com/review...

But it would have been nice if the device were to lock into place when closed in order to help avoid the connector from becoming crushed while sitting in your pocket.

Otherwise this is a great device with a fantastic form factor and great capacity all rolled into one.

Strengths: Very small, flip down USB cover, big storage
Weaknesses: None yet
Summary: I purchased this to replace my 128MB Iomega USB mini drive whose case cracked and came off the circuit board. This drive seems a little bit sturdier. Some people have said it felt flimsy, but I disagree with that and I think a 3 year warranty is pretty outstanding. This drive is super small and at 1GB will have pletty of storage for the next few years. I would purchase again.
