Strengths: price, koss' lifetime warranty
Weaknesses: for the price, none
Summary: very affordable; nothing fancy no-fuss no-muss hands-free cell phone and home phone ear phone; sounds great, isolates outside noise very very well; If you like the Koss "The Plug", you'll like these. If it breaks, send it back and Koss will replace it.
