Strengths: Great build with 7-year warranty, Bostitch stands for quality. Comes with adapter for 1/2" thick planks.
Weaknesses: Expensive, only works with staples, no face-nail adapter.
Summary: This Bostitch air-driven flooring stapler gets the work done. But my feeling is that it easy to get split togues when using staples versus cleat nails, and the latter seems to hold better than staples. Good thing with this model is that it comes with base plate for 1/2" thick planks which is handy to handle various plank thickness.
