Strengths: ease of use (charge the camera by just placing in cradle) can view images on computer while charging (make sure camera is on!), easy setup (just plug USB and 2 pwr cables), comes w/ batteries!
Weaknesses: very light, needs cradle adapter that came with camera.
Summary: 2005-03-04 15:39:52 This accessory is very portable, easy to use, and easy to setup. All you need is a A series fuji digital camera (like A210, A205, A310, etc.), and the cradle adapter. It even comes with the rechargeable batteries to use it. You just stick the camera in the cradle, and it starts charging. If you want to view your photos you have taken, just turn the camera on while in the cradle. You can even use it as a PC webcam. I would highly recommend this to any person who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on their alkaline batteryeating camera.

Strengths: Very easy to use - I like the convience of just putting the camera into the cradle and not having to plug it into the computer
Weaknesses: I haven't found any yet.
Summary: Very nice design, Easy to use, I like having the AC adapter instead of running the cameras batteries down to load pictures onto the computer.

Strengths: Easy to use. Compact. More features.
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: In a single touch , it downloads images, charge batteries and run video.

3 V DC Power adapter can be used for alternative to battery for indoor picture taking.

Saves lot of cost in battery.

Strengths: Robust construction and great built quality, a fairly comment trait of products made in Japan. Easy to set up and operate. Makes it very easy to store your camera and charge the battery.
Weaknesses: None so far.
Summary: I'd recommend anyone who owns a compatible Fuji digital camera to invest in this cradle. The bundle comes with 2 rechargeable NiMH batteries. The power rating of the batteries is 1900mah which is a bit on the low end thesedays. Battery life is decent with the included batteries but get higher-powered ones if you'd like to go long stretches of shooting without charging.

Strengths: easy to set up, easy to use, just plug the camera in, lightweight
Weaknesses: make sure you didn't throw away the cradle adapter that came with the camera, can only use the NH-10 sized batteries
Summary: I found this product very useful. You just set it up by plugging the 3 cords in, and you are done. It is very easy to recharge the camera after using it. Just plop it on the cradle and it automatically lights up and starts charging. the batteries also last a while. I had the camera on for about 2-3 hours taking pictures, and the "battery low" light didn't come on. I would recommend this as a good accessory to go with your Fuji camera.

Strengths: Very easy to use, takes up very little space and software is excellent.
Weaknesses: None..I like this product very much
Summary: Cradle is not bulky and does not require a lot of desk space. Easy to use, just insert the camera and it's done. They provide you with excellent software. I highly recommend this cradle as the perfect accessory to you Fuji Camera..My seller did not provide the NH-10 battery, but I intend to purchase it as it is a perfect addition and charges automatically in the cradle while still in the camera.

Strengths: No-instructions-required setup
Weaknesses: Propietary battery pack
Summary: This device makes it easier than ever to transfer pictures and mini-movies shot with the D510 Fuji camera to your computer. You don't even have to remove the memory card from the camera, thus eliminating the need for a USB card reader.

The unit comes with everything needed to hook up and start using. One thing that I found sort of strange is that the cradle adapter is shipped with the CAMERA, although it serves no function other than to adapt the camera to this cradle. I think a more logical plan would be to ship the cradle adapter with the adapter rather than the camera, since it's uneeded unless the user buys this optional adapter.

The adapter also comes with a video out plug, but includes no cable. It took me a few minutes to figure out that the cable was shipped with the camera. Unlike the cradle adapter, you CAN use the video out feature of the camera without this cradle. This port just makes it a little easer to connect to the computer.

Software is also shipped with the camera. No additional software is shipped with the cradle. The software shipped with the camera supports the cradle adapter, but again I find it a little odd that it's shipped with the camera but serves no real purpose unless the user purchases the optional cradle.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the cradle. It performs well, and allows transfer of data from the camera to the computer at speeds you would expect on a USB2 bus. It also supports USB 1.0 and 1.1 if you have an older computer. A USB port of some sort IS required.

Strengths: Good value, multiple uses
Weaknesses: None so far
Summary: For $25 I paid for this bundle, I would pay more in a brick-and-mortar store for just the recharageable NH-10 that comes with it. Doesn't tax my batteries when I have to transfer my files to my PC and would act a makeshift webcam.

2 Star ReviewConvenient tool, but unnecessary
Strengths: Conevenient
Weaknesses: May be useless for some
Summary: I bought it about 4 months ago with my Fuji camera. It’s convenient to use it as a charger and card reader. But since I already have a charger and also card reader, this is just a piece of unnecessary item. If it were not free bundled with the camera, I wouldn’t spend a buck on it.
