Strengths: 2.5" LCD screen, media card slots, 48-bit scanner
Weaknesses: Does not come with black cartridge
Summary: The P6250 has really exceeded my expectations! I was using an HP 2210 AIO and was generally pleased with it, but it lacked when printing color photos. The Lexmark shines when it comes to that! In fact, I've even stopped using both the HP & my Canon CP-200 photo printer for 4x6 prints. The scanner works just as expected and the copier both reduces & enlarges with great results. The only thing I didn't care for was that it only comes with one tri-color cartridge, so to get the best results you have to purchase a separate black cartridge, but it is worth it! I would recommend this to anyone, and actually have purchased one for my niece for graduation.

2 Star Reviewcumbersome design with decent quality AIO
Strengths: mid resolution LCD, pictbridge, somewhat fast scanner
Weaknesses: spacious, intrusive software and lengthy installer.
Summary: 2005-08-18 02:47:05 pro: this AIO will prince directly from flash memory or pictbridge supported camera. the optical sensor on this scanner is quite fast and produce decent result.

con: even though having a separate scanner and a printer will take more space, this thing still take more space than my old HP AIO. the deal killer for this unit is probably it's software. I can't believe how long it took to install just a driver without any other lexmark application. it took well over 10 minutes just to get it down. On top of that, this unit's LCD energy saver requires the PC to run a service within winXP. this will be my last lexmark product.

Strengths: Has capability to print photos without computer. It also has a bridge port for photo cards.
Weaknesses: No Fax
Summary: 2004-12-07 12:22:50 This printer is for the person who wants to have his own photo studio. Using a digital camera and this printer is very easy to print and send photos. It does different sizes of photos also. Lexmark also has latge ink cartrigues and prints well.

3 Star ReviewP-6250 AIO
Strengths: AIO, lcd preview, does not need computer to print
Weaknesses: Separate color cartridges would be nice
Summary: I have used many HP printers and this unit does not have the quality feel that HP units have. However, for the closeout price it was purchased for, it is a good value. Fax capability would be a plus.

Strengths: pretty good photo quality
Weaknesses: will it go the distance?
Summary: Considering that I usually use HP's and Canon's, I was surprised by the print quality of the Lexmark. Only thing I am concerned about is the longevity of the machine since it is a Lexmark. The LCD preview screen works pretty good. So far, only used to print photos, some documents, and some copying. Worked great so far. No complaints.

3 Star Reviewunfortunately before i have used this AIO, i have ...
Strengths: AIO, LCD preview, no pc require for copy and photo print
Weaknesses: design
Summary: unfortunately before i have used this AIO, i have tried several recent models from HP, EPSON, and CANON. I must say the looks and feel of this unit is bulky and cheap. i even compared it to a lower cost unit from other brand. fortunately, if you can overlook the housing of P6250 then this unit should work just fine for what it suppose to do. the built-in software allow you to preview, crop, etc..image that is read directly from a memory card. this unit also support pictbridge as well. If you can get this unit for around $100 then it's a good buy.
