You can receive digital cable stations without a cable box by contacting your cable provider, ordering a CableCARD, and then inserting the card into the CableCARD slot on your television. CableCARDs can be easily changed, allowing this television to be used with virtually any cable company. Also featured on all 2004 Toshiba Integrated HDTVs is TV Guide On Screen. It combines programming from each of the television's internal tuners (ATSC & QAM) into one, easy-to-read on-screen program guide.
