Strengths: Product instructions are clear and concise. Test is easy to do and understand.
Weaknesses: Only possible weakness was in that the blood samples were required to fill the test circles completely and not overlap.
Summary: This test was easy to understand and administer. I was concerned that the lancet provided might be painful to use since it was described as a "finger nick" rather than the small finger prick of my glucose monitor test. There was virtually no pain or discomfort. The lancet was quick and sufficient to produce more than enough of a sample for the test. I was able to conduct both the A1c test and my morning glucose test from the same nick at the same time. The only concern I had was whether or not the several drops of blood required to fill the test circles overlapped since the instructions indicated you should not layer one drop on top of another. Test results were also provided very promptly by mail. This product was very good and I will use it again - much more convenient and less costly that running to the local hospital lab.
