Summary: I made an order on Jan 16th with A Matter of Fax, the website stated that it would take 10- 15 business days to have the bulb shipped to me. I waited, and waited, and never got a bulb. I went 4 emails before I was ever contacted back to get get a tracking number, on Jan 28th I received an email that stated my package had been shipped and a tracking # with ups. Today is Feb 6th and I have still not received the package, I sent another two emails and finally found a phone number for this company. I called them and they said my package was just sent to UPS yesterday Feb 5th, and would take another 3 -5 business days for shipping. This company has very cheap prices, but is so not worth the effort in receiving your products and there communication skills are to be desired. I will NEVER use them again and I would suggest being very careful if you do in fact decide to use them.
