Previously, was using sony tapes with my sony camcorder but when I used JVC tapes with it , found that its quality is really good. I was unable to notice any difference between JVC and Sony tapes. No difference in quality, very big difference in price. Don't be a knuckle head buy the JVC media or waste your money on a name. Don't get me wrong... The Sony name is on many superior products. I do not recycle tapes so I like to purchase a good quality tape that record good quality video and stand up well to repeated plays. Quality is As good as sony Mini DV tapes and I got these at a lesser price as compare to sony mini tapes price. So I will definately buy these again if I got a good deal.
