Strengths: Works well with standard audio componet systems;
No computer required;
cd text;
can use computer data cdr's as opposed to some units that require the use of cusumer audio cdr's only
Weaknesses: Copy speed is only 1x-4x;
no included key board for text (sold seperately)
Summary: I use this unit to burn, edit, and copy cd's of worship services from my church. It is possible to include cd text on the cd's I burn even without the optional key board but is a fuction I rarely use being it is rather dificult but not impossible to use. I've put this unit into service in 2003 and have successfully burned to disc everything from records to radio brodcasts to material off of analog cassette. For live live recordings at the church I use a tascam DA40 DAT recorder. Both units compliment one another.
