Strengths: Players almost all format disks, LCD is very clear. Swilved screen.
Weaknesses: the CD cover is a little bit fragile.
Summary: This DVD player is very versatile, it could play almost all format DVD/CD/VCD/MP3 disks. It is not limited by region. Unlike Sony , it could only play region 1. Build quality is very nice except the CD cover, open close cover is not smooth.

Strengths: Ease of use. Comes with remote control. Worked great out of box.
Weaknesses: When screen is swiveled and folded down 'tablet' style, all the control buttons are covered. Must use remote to control functions.
Summary: Nice compact unit. As set from factory, colors were muted, but it is possible to adjust the colors and doing so produced good results. Sound is tinny, but with tiny speakers this is expected. Comes with 2 headsets; these provide much better sound quality, although not outstanding. Simple, straightforward design. Easy to use. The door that covers the DVD tray does feel somewhat flimsy. Otherwise the unit seems solid.

Strengths: Picture and sound (not using headphones)is of good quality, and it seems well made (I concur with the previous review about the cover) for the price.
Weaknesses: Sound interference when using headphones;does not come with case
Summary: When I listened to a movie using the headphones at a normal level (where someone sitting beside me could not hear any sound) I could hear a disturbing sound/interference from the disk spinning in the player.

Overall, I would recommend this product.
