Strengths: Attractive price, life-time warranty, reasonably fast, and stable.

Summary: I bought this pair of memory to upgrade my Dell SC400, which had 512MB dual channel ECC memory previously. At first I was a little worried because this new pair is non-ECC and I've heard from multiple people that ECC and non-ECC memory won't work together. However, it turned out that this is not a problem at all. They work smoothly together. I am very happy with the quality of this OCZ 1GB kit, especially with its cheap price. Great value!

Weaknesses: No Heat Spreaders, but hey, this is the Value Series.
Summary: I had encountered many computer problems with my past pc's because I used generic, no name brand RAM. Going by the reviews posted on this website and checking around on the internet, I decided to buy this 1gig Dual Channel kit. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. This RAM is extremely reliable, and helps me play pc games to my heart's content. As always, thanks to Pricegrabber for letting me pick them up for an awesome price.

Strengths: good latency for price, low price, decent brand
Weaknesses: doesn't have fancy colored heat spreaders?
Summary: 2005-07-12 23:53:48 This is a very nice 1GB kit of value memory. The timings are better than most value memory so this set is nice for the price. OCZ is a pretty good brand as well so you can expect a good product.
I don't overclock so I can't comment on that aspect. The only potential negative is no heat spreaders, but the usefulness of those is not really proven anyway.

Strengths: Good value for DDR2 Ram. Good name brand and lifetime warranty.
Weaknesses: slow timings, but not a problem at all. All DDR2 have slow timings
Summary: This is really good value ram. Got it for my Dell 8400 and it works with no problems. I liked it so much I got another 1Gb set and it is running flawlessly also.

 My SC420 come with only 256mb memory,and it has 3 ... Strengths: My SC420 come with only 256mb memory,and it has 3 other slot,so I got this memory,it is compatible with dell existing memory and works well,It save my money and satisfy my will,good.

Strengths: Best value; Amazing performance; Life-time warranty
Weaknesses: Slow stock timings; Many errors with specific nVidia drivers on Via chipset.
Summary: These are great RAMs. I put them on a MSI PT880 MOBO and they works flawlessly.
This true best value OCZ offers. The performance is excellent.
The stock timings is slow, but with OCZ's quality, you can always overclock with stability.
The only time they failed to work properly was after I installed a nVidia drivers for the video card. I called OCZ customer service and they agreed to give me a replacement with no hustle. But finaly I solved the problem myself by upgrading to a newer version of driver for the video card and the chipset. It was only a compability issue. OCZ's customer service rocks.
Very nice RAM, highly recomended!
