Its smart all-detachable design lets you put everything into the dish-washer (except the heating element). So cleaning is super easy, which is THE most important feature of a deep fryer IMHO. Dual-zone is good to keep oil clean and smart power-cord design is good for safety. The only drawback is a little bit less of power.
