This one does a good job cleaning. However, the first brush I used, had the triangular part come off. Looks like I may have gotten a bad piece. The smaller one can really get close Weaknesses: It takes a lot longer than the recommended usage time for the bristles to change color. Summary: Be sure to change brush heads as recommended by your dentist; don't wait for the color change of the brush head.
