Strengths: Comfort (for the most part), clarity, ease of use, easy set up, some adjustability, wireless,
Weaknesses: Can be known to pinch my ear some.
Summary: Ok, here's the breakdown:
Microsoft's fist generation of wireless headsets were horrible. They were known to disconnect frequently, they would "white-noise" their way through a game, and their clarity and sound quality left much to be desired.
This upgrade takes care of all of these. Clarity is wonderful and concise (from what people tell me). The sound quality is nice on my end. It is comfortable to wear, but it has been known to pinch the part of my ear where normal glasses rest. It does come with 2 different ear "hoops"; but I've tried both of them and still the same problem. The other thing (and this is minor) is that when you mute the headset, 2 VERY fast beebs (High to low) are heard to indicate a mute. This is hard to distinguish between the "unmute" of (low to High). Other than that, it's wonderful-especially on Halo 3!! Go out and get it...you'll like it.
Previously, I used the headset that comes stock with my Premium 360 and this is much better to listen to than that. Construction could be a bit more study-be careful when you detach the ear hoops.
