Strengths: the remote unit in conjuction with any activity makes simplicity of operation its major feature.
Weaknesses: controls on unit itself are less than accessable due to their size.
Summary: this unit is designed for a person who needs a skip proof unit while being able to operate the remote during activities. it takes a little practice but the remote is well thought out and designed to sony standards. the best is not cheap. Had a number of prior units but this appears to be the best. I will use it in conjunction with my Bose noise reduction headset, during air travel.
