Strengths: Cooks tasty rice. Has timer feature. Reheats Rice and keeps rice warm.
Weaknesses: Expensive. Cooks slow.
Summary: This rice cooker exceeds my expectations. The rice it makes tastes much better than my old rice cooker. The induction heater heats the rice evenly from the side as opposed to the traditional rice cookers that heats the rice just from the bottom. It is great rice cooker that is worth the additional cost.

Strengths: Tasty rice
Weaknesses: Expensive
Summary: I bought this rice cooker based on the endorsement of a friend. I've eaten rice pretty much everyday my entire life, but the first time I ate rice from this cooker, it was like eating rice for the very first time. Each piece of rice came out plump and juicy, evenly cooked from inside to out. It was heavenly to bite into it. I never knew that a rice cooker could make such a big difference.

The rice cooker is well-constructed with a heavy pot, sealed electronic controls, and a very cute design. It was a bit expensive for us, but I believe that it will make many years of delicious rice for us.

Strengths: Looks, versatility.
Weaknesses: On the expensive side; a little long cooking time but worth the wait.
Summary: Bought from Rudys Deals with no problem. The most perfect rice I have had. Looks great on the counter and I tried it with all the different rice varieties I have and so far all have been cooked to perfection or nearly so.

Strengths: Smells great when cooking.
Weaknesses: Not much, it can be confusing to know which cup to use (blue or green?).
Summary: So far I have made basmati (the best so far), jasmine, and long grain brown rice, as well as cheese grits and oatmeal. The cheese grits were by far the best I had ever tasted. When making oatmeal it can be a little messy because for some reason the steam vent likes to get goopy from the oatmeal steam. I usually make a batch of rice and instead of letting it sit indefinitely in the warm mode I will put it in a container and refrigerate it until I need to heat up some in the microwave. This thing is great that you don't have to watch the pot boil, and you can just set it, walk away for days, and come back and find piping hot fresh rice in it. That is convenience!
